从信息化条件下防空作战的实际需要出发,描述了搜索雷达与火控雷达的侦察效能对群抗击效率影响的基本特点,运用概率论和防空兵射击指挥理论,建立了防空兵群分散指挥和集中指挥时,搜索与火控雷达发现目标概率对群抗击效率影响的数学模型,结合实例计算分析了选择射击指挥方式时搜索雷达发现目标概率的临界值。

基于无人战斗机系统在使用保障上的特点,通过对有人战斗机使用保障费用模型进行合理改造,使其能适用于无人战斗机的使用保障费用分析。经过改造的模型具有结构清晰、概念明确的特点。适合在飞机总体设计阶段用于全寿命周期的费用估算以及飞机的费效分析和综合优化设计。通过与有人战斗机的使用保障费用进行对比计算表明,无人战斗机系统的使用保障费用具有明显的经济优势。     

Exact algorithms for scheduling multiple families of jobs on parallel machines

In many practical manufacturing environments, jobs to be processed can be divided into different families such that a setup is required whenever there is a switch from processing a job of one family to another job of a different family. The time for setup could be sequence independent or sequence dependent. We consider two particular scheduling problems relevant to such situations. In both problems, we are given a set of jobs to be processed on a set of identical parallel machines. The objective of the first problem is to minimize total weighted completion time of jobs, and that of the second problem is to minimize weighted number of tardy jobs. We propose column generation based branch and bound exact solution algorithms for the problems. Computational experiments show that the algorithms are capable of solving both problems of medium size to optimality within reasonable computational time. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Strategic hedging in Indonesia’s defense diplomacy

With the rapid pace of regional arms modernization and unresolved territorial disputes, Indonesia is increasingly susceptible to the impact of emerging great power rivalry in Asia-Pacific. Rather than pursuing a robust military build-up, Indonesian policy-makers assert that diplomacy is the country’s first line of defense. This article argues that defense diplomacy serves two agenda of Indonesia’s hedging strategy – strategic engagement and military modernization. This way, Indonesian defense and security officials seek to moderate the impact of geopolitical changes while maintaining the country’s defensive ability against regional uncertainties.
